In no way are we attempting to confuse you, and to that end if you try to establish the location of this site, you need to spell the question, Findochty. The version in the title of this page is how it is pronounced locally.

On offer we have a plot on Jubilee Terrace, Findochty, which in the past has had planning permission granted for the erection of a house, this permission has now expired but there is no reason to believe a fresh application would not also be approved. In the gallery for this plot you can see a copy of the plans for the property to go on the site which we will be happy to erect for you.
